GW 6 web access HTML emails

Hi,

HTML email from easyjet (among others) show up as HTML code in GW Web access as if in text view. They can be viewed fine using the GW client in HTML view.

If I forward the email to an MS Outlook user the email can be viewed fine. If that outlook user forwards the email back to the OWA user, then it can then be viewed OK

This is happening with quite a lot of emails and I have a annoyed user.

Any ideas?

Hi,

You did not mention what version of GroupWise you are using, but this is the behavior of older GroupWise WebAccess gateways. GroupWise 6.5 does not have this issue while 5.5 definitely has problems.

Oops sorry...your subject line did say GroupWise 6. Are you able to see any HTML messages or is the issue with all such messages?

Hi,

The problem only happens with some HTML emails - those same emails can be viewed fine using the GW client directly.
