GW 6.5 Client - Proxy can't see items within folders

GroupWise 6.5
USER_A has given proxy permissions to USER_B. When USER_B proxies into the account he can see all the folders in the cabinet but none of the contents. All the folders appear to be empty. USER_A has given him full read write to mail, appointments, reminder notes. From what I could see it appears USER_B is set up correctly. Anyone have a solution for this?

It would seem that the Proxy was setup correctly. One thing that jumps to mind is if User_A has marked his mail as "Private". In that case User_B would also need Read Private permissions from Usr_A. I have seen a proxy not work correctly after the initial setup (rare but does happen). But by removing proxy access on both accounts and then re-establishing the proxy seems to correct the problem.
