GW 6.5.2 - email deletions

Out of the blue, I've got two different users in two different departments claiming that when they click on the delete button in groupwise to delete an email, it will automatically delete 2 emails (as if they are double clicking - although they are not). Their mouse works fine.

Haven't heard of this before and just seems kind of odd to me. Curious if this is a legitimate issue that is correctable or if I'm overlooking something simple.

As a minimum I'd get up to the latest patch. Yours our extremely old. Then run a GWCHECK on the post office with structure,index, and contents and make sure everything is nice and tidy.
