GW 5.5 GPF when Deleting an email

We have a user that is running GW 5.5 and intermittently, when she deletes an email, she will get a Fatal Exception error and I have to restart her machine in order to get back into GW. I have run standalone GW check on her user and message databases several times. I am at a loss. Please help.

First, try using the cleaning agent (download from Novell)to completly remove the GroupWise client from her system. Then reinstall. This usually fixes 50% of my problems with the client. Brent Schmidt CNE,Network +
