GW 5.5 - Auto removing entries from frequent contacts

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a way to to do the following:

When an employee leaves the company we delete their e-mail account. Anyone who has e-mailed this person in the past will have their e-mail address in the Frequent Contacts section of their address book.

Is there a way to automatically delete these from the frequent contacts without having to go to every users machine and do it manually? We only want to delete the users that have been deleted, not any of the other frequent contacts.

Found it. You need to Click the Frequent Contacts tab in the address book. Go to File>Properties>Click Options tab.
Turn off save from and save to internal addresses.
