GW 5.5 Addressbook administrator ?

Hi !
Is there any way to have a regular GW 5.5 user to have
the sufficient rights to administer the GW Addressbook ?

I want to delegate the job of correcting users
telephone and fax numbers.

If possible, is this done in GW or in NDS ?

Any tips are much appreciated.

Believe they have to be given Admin priveleges in NDS.
This is how we get access to the system address book anyway.
