GW 5.5.4 Role out!

I am trying to role out Groupwise 5.5.4 according to the Novell Technical Information Document "Simplifying Client Upgrades".

I have followed all the instructions, I have setup the gwupdate.reg, and the gwupdate.bat files and put them in a sensible place on the network with rights to the users. I have put in the correct Bump number. But it will nto install when I put the following

IF MEMBER OF "GWUPDATE" THEN
#f:\public\gwupdate.bat

It will not install to users will the older verion and gives an error in the login script, "exceution failed".

Any ideas??
