GW 4.1a - Tasks and Notes moving forward a year

Hi,

I seem to have a intermittant problem with one of my post offices where from time to time, notes and tasks seem to move forward approximately a year, but appointments are left as they are...any ideas?

I am soon to upgrade to v5.5 hoping that this will solve the problem, but would like to know if anyone has experienced this too in the meantime
