DOES ANYONE HAVE A MANUAL OR KNOW THE JUMPER CONNECTIONS FOR THIS TYPE OF MODEM THERE ARE 6 IN A LINE DIRECTLY UNDER THE MIC AND SPEAKER JACKS.

Jumpers 1 and 3 on, the rest off, gives you com 2, IRQ 3.
Jumper 4 on, the rest off, gives you com 4, IRQ 3.
