guys some help please....ie 6 upgrade problem... 2

a friend of mine is having problems viewing pages that are pop ups controlled of course by javascript..in ie 5 he had no problems..he upgraded to 6, and now he can't access the pages through the links..i have ie 6 and i can..we went through all his security settings, i think..trouble shot it as best as possible..but i'm stumped..

any ideas?.....

he might have neglected to download the IE6 Java component. The installer defaults to not installing this component. MicroSoft control paranoia issue.

You'll have to copy the entire link rather than clicking on it. Microsoft's new format does not work correctly on this site. Notice the ;EN-US;Q168806 has no line underneath it.
