Guys need some help in adding subscriber to a publisher server using VMware 9.0

Hi guys I'm just new here, I keep on getting this error when I try to add a subscriber server to my publisher server.

I have completed all the necessary steps, I have added the server ip add in the publisher, I can verify connectivity by pings so I really don't know how to fix this so please help. I looked into other forums and it seems some people have somewhat similar problem but still no clear solution. BTW I am using CUCM 8.0.2 and VMware 9.0, my OS is Win7.
