Guy creates Calendar meeting then quits the company?!?

If some one creates a reoccuring calendar meeting and then leaves the company. Now the people that are invited want it canceled/deleted. How could that be done? All the reciprients of the meeting already accepted. The problem is there are a lot of invitees. not practical for all of them to delete from their calendars.

Any help/advice greatly appreciated.

Have the Admin do what is needed. . .?

One way might be to reset the password, log on as this id, amd remove the recurring meeting. . .
