guidence for learning BO

Hi!

I just started learning BO from it's on line documentation.
I will be grateful if any of you suggest me in which areas i should concentrate more in studying and practicing. I want to start with Business Objects and Designer.I am proficiant in SQL, knowledgeble in data modeling and Informatica.
