We are using Oracle on HP/UX 11.O on HP-9000 L-2000 Server.
I need guidance on X-server configuration and features to use Motif.
Can anyone help?
thanks

If I understand your question, you need some kind of graphical interface to be able to install or user Oracle.
Starting with version 8.x.x , Oracle does not support character interface for installation.
You should use CDE, which is standard and available on all unix platforms.
To start the server side of CDE, as root user on the HP-UX machine, run dtconfig -e. That will start the cde daemon.

Hope this helps
