I have a Cisco 3560 Switch. I was able to get into the web interface with my password before I upgrade my IOS. Once I upgrade my IOS i can no long get into the web interface with my password. HTTP service is running, i can get to the point where it ask for the username and password. I even try using my account with level 15 access but still no good. Is there a way to remove or reset the password for the web interface.

Thank you.

make sure that this is still in the config: ip http authentication local

I hate all Uppercase... I don't want my groups to seem angry at me all the time! =)

Post a config---we can't take guesses here. Also, include what the IOS was before and after the upgrade---the WHOLE name, not just "12.4(3) to 12.4(23)---I mean the entire name, like "cat4000-i5k91s-mz.122-25.EWA9.bin" or "c2600-adventerprisek9-mz.124-25c.bin"

E: Couldn't find package windows...Thank Goodness!

Did you upgrade with a .tar file ? If you just used a .bin file http isn't going to work . The .tar file has all the gui files in it .
