Does any one know of a good gui sftp client for X like ssh-secure shell from ssh.com on windows? I am trying to migrate and i need ssh/sftp and i like gui/drag and drop

I didn't use sftp myself.
But I can imagine, that some ftp-clients might be sftp-clients as well.
Of course you have to tell them, to use port 115 instead of 20/21. (grep sftp /etc/services)
gftp-gtk allows to specify the port.

If it is already installed: Try it.
Else: read it's description first.

Generally it's a good idea to search at freshmeat.net for project 'sftp' and read about 'GUI' and look for screenshots.

freshmeat.net is a very userfriendly site for opensource projects - linux projects. Not exclusively, but mainly.
Much better to use than sourceforge.

I Google'd this up. In Windows XP right now, so can't test it (heck, don't think I have sftp daemon running on any remotes for that matter). This link:
says you can use "konqueror", the KDE filemanager/web browser. Use the kio_fish 'feature?'. Put the address in as:
fish://user@host.com
Give it a shot and let me know if it works.

Me personally, I just use 'scp'. But I also prefer command line when doing most of my *nix communicating, so it works for me.
