gui session not able to open remotely only through particular machine

I am unable to access xwindows from my pc (remotely), but other users are able to access the same
After staring exceed on their pcs and login to server by using telnet we used to pass following command , suddenly since morning I am unable to use xwindows :
command is:
$ ccm start -m -d /continuus/data2/dei2confman/dei2db/db -display 172.24.44.22:0.0
Starting Continuus/CM...
/u01/synergy/cm51/bin/util/ccm_gui: Error opening X display; Check valid $DISPLAY and xhost permissions.
Warning: Continuus/CM startup failed.

Plsss help urgently what to do and where to look for configuration authenticity
