Gui refresh problems in Legato 7.3.2

Version 7.3.2 Jumbo, doesn't seem to refresh the information that appears in the GUI administration, in the Monitoring Button. We sometimes have different information between Groups, Sessions and Devices Tab. It seems that the only correct and true about what is doing Legato is in Devices tab.

Any solution to this malfunctioning??

No idea about the problem. But may i suggest that you switch to another window and back for an update of the information.

I have been working a case with EMC on this issue. Part of the problem is when the system changes tapes it stops with the information from the first tape only.

There is a couple of patches that are in 7.3.2 build 399 for NetWorker Management Console that relates to the console not refreshing itself.

You didn't mention what jumbo version you are running.

build 364 is the original 7.3.2

jumbo 11 was the first jumbo after b386

build 386 is also known as jumbo update 1. Currently on Powerlink

Build 399 was created early May 2007 and was given to various customers for various bug related reasons. You might want to call EMC support and open a support case for this and ask for either b399 or the fixes for the specific NMC bugs.
