I have a MS SQL SERVER and MySQL databases that I would like to add/remove data from via the web. Is there any tool out there that has a toolbox type format to drag and drop text boxes/select boxes etc..... so that you can create Access form like web pages that access data on SQL?????

Any help from the gurus on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
