Short description of problem #1:
--------------------------------
When using the web-interface to deploy the VMM agent (either windows or linux) it fails because user (xsim-x) is not recognized as a user on the CMS server.

If I log into the server as the local admin, modify either vmm_linux.bat or vmm_windows.bat (replacing variables with proper server name), and then run the batch file everything works.

Short description of problem #2
-------------------------------
From the GUI I try to license the VMM software by using deploy--> license manager --> Virtual Machine Host License Wizard. Work through the question and execute the licensing procedure. When I get to the end of this I get a response back that it was unable to complete because the user XSIM-X is not recognized as a user on the system.

NOTES:

- Local admin account has been renamed -- xadmin-x.

- using domain account xsim-x to start services for insight manager services.

- all of the .xml tools have had >administrator< replaced with >admin-x< and then re-registered using the mxtool

- using mxagentconfig I am unable to 'register' the xsim-x domain account to the SIM CMS server. But I don't have any problems registering local admin accounts to the respective servers (root on the ESX and xadmin-x on GSX)

- I have done a search of all the files in c:\progra~1\ for any instance of xsim-x and it does not come up

Questions:

1) Where is the user xsim-x still coming from?
2) Since applying the license to the server did not complete I'm not getting any information.
3) how do I un-apply the license to the server
4) is it possible to perform the licensing function from the command line?
