Gui interface for vbs installs

Does anyone have any ideas the best way to approach building a graphical interface for a bunch of VBS scripts.
I have a bunch of scripts that silently install on log in. But what i would like to do is have a graphical interface pop up on login for desktop support users and ask the user you can install these programs which one would you like to install. This way when they stage a PC it asks them which programs to install.
