GUI Hanging - Netware 6

It was reported by someone that they were unable to get to NetStorage last night. I tried it and got the same result it says - Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /oneNet/NetStorage on this server.

In researching it on Novell's site - it suggests reinstalling NetStorage. This seems reasonable.

I started the GUI - clicked on Install and it hangs.

The error I see - is "Java Page Fault Processor Exception occurred while executing class com.novell.awt.nawt.taskbar.taskbar"

Not sure where to go with this one. I'm hoping, of course, for something I can at least try without having to bring the server down.


Any ideas on either problem would be great.
