I have inherited a Guestworks R10 + Intuity Audix/Lodging system and the vendor will not longer support it as it is EOL. They are proposing a 60k+ upgrade; as such I wanted to do some due diligence to ensure this is the best route. Questions:
1) What is the recommended upgrade path for this system? (most phones are analog and need to stay that way)
2) Does this quote sounds reasonable [at a very high level] to upgrade the system and voicemail software + front end?
3) Please forward any links which describe the upgrade path
