In Meridian Mail, If you have The Outcalling feature installed, you can set up remote notification. This will call a number that you set from admin or from the mailbox of the user, when a message comes in. otherwise I would Call forward the telephone it's self to another number instead of the mailbox. You turn Remote notification on in Class of service admin.
