Guest Using all Licences

We have a Guest Account on our Crystal report Server with 5 licences

SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.1 Support Pack 2
Version: 14.1.2.1121

We never use Guest but some mornings we find Guest as somehow been allocated all 5 licences and we have to clear sessions so that other users can log in.
We do Schedule reports to email but I can't see why that would cause Guest to use all licences, it does not happen every day.
We also have another application which uses CRS as its report server, but vendor assures us that does not use Guest.
Any suggestions?
Is there a way to find out in logs what is triggering Guest?

If you have auditing turned on, you should be able to run a report that will tell you when Guest is logging in. Best practice is to disable the Guest account.

If you don't already have it, there is a great auditing universe available here:

Since you're not on 4.1 SP5, you won't be able to use the Webi reports that are included with it, but you should still be able to use the universe.

Turns out Software vendor was not telling the truth. They are using Guest and then not hanging up correctly.
