Guest User Account Question

I recently worked with a customer that no:

Wireless Connection or
Local Area Connection

Is there anyway to unlock this feature on a guest account or do you need to create a Limited User account.

Can you clarify your question? Is it about a LAN an Wireless connections missing? Is it about the Guest Account using either of those?

Does he have any Networking installed? Is the Guest Account disabled in Computer Management/ Local Users and Groups/ Users?
