Guest Mailbox forwarding

I setup a guest mailbox and i want to have it forwarded to an external line. The voicemail 3.0 guide says to go to greetings then forwarding. that option does not exist. any ideas?

Are you talking about external transfer? It would be something like this: When you call the guest mbx, it answers and says, "Thanks for calling. To reach me on my cell phone, press 7" When the caller presses 7, it transfers them to the external number.
