Guest mailbox, CallPilot 100 1

I have a CallPilot 100 with 8 mailboxs in use.
When I try to program a Guest mailbox step #5 "Type" only shows "information" not "subscriber". Any suggestions?

You have more than eight mailboxes in use. Log in to f983 and check how many boxes are available by pressing 44 and then pressing view. You should have at least 10 if it is a cp100.

you may have a couple of mailboxes that were created erroneously (with bad mailbox numbers etc) put a laptop on it and look at the mailboxes thru the explorer control panel. as stated above you should have 10 mbox's (plus 10 and 12).
