Guest Login - Dual Registration

I have a user using the dual registration feature. His office phone is an H.323 9670 set and his home phone is a SIP endpoint on a 9641 set to SM via an SBC.
We are on CM & SM version 7.1.3. When he travels to another office and uses the guest login feature on an H.323 phone his extension logs out consistently after 3 hours. I have checked our 46XX setting in our Utility server and the guest login is set to 12 hours.

Is there a setting I am missing that is causing this to happen?

I would reboot the guest phone in question and test again. Just because your 46xxsettings.txt file is set to 12 hours now, doesn't mean that it was set to 3 hours before and the guest phone hasn't rebooted since the change to 46xxsettings.txt.
