Guest FTP setup on SunOS 5.6

I'm trying to setup a chroot'd guest account to ftp on Sun OS 5.6. I have no trouble doing this with WU-ftpd but Sun apparently is different. How is this done? Does the SunOS have an ftpaccess file?
