I have a restaurant concept that towards the night practically becomes a bar. Normally we set up an entree category and do "Guest Counts by Entree", however the owner's concern is losing the counts for people that come in to just drink at night. Currenty they are set to have the servers enter the guest counts. There have been some issues with servers incorrectly entering this number, especially during busy times. My question is... I am wondering how other, sports bar or Bar & Grill concepts handle this. Is there an easier solution? Any advice or sharing of ideas in appreciated.
