Guest Book Access

I Have a (potential)client that would like for me to redo his site. His current site has a CGI process Guest Book that continually fills up with porno links. I am assuming that these entries are being submitted via some sort of bug or bot.

Is there some way to reduce/eliminate/or at least slow down these invalid entries.

One thought that I had was to skip the Guest Book option and setup an Access DB. If nothing else, it would be easy to manage and delete the invalid entries.

Not that we are evr rushed. But the guy called me today and wants to meet tomorrow morning.
