GTW V.92 voice modem

I've been wondering if there is a better "Extra Settings" number for the above modem. I have a Gateway computer and have had to use "+MS=V34" extra settings to get it to sign on to my ISP. It works fine and signs on at 28.8 Kbps with a throughput of between 2500 to 2900 cps. Do you know of a better extra settings to get the modem to work at a faster performance. It takes between 10 and 15 tries to sign-on without the extra settings of +MS=V34 even though it's usually much faster than 28.8K when it does "take".
