Scenario
Ever since we have moved a department from Office 1 to Office 2
we had problems with biilling. Carrier 1 was more than carrier 2 before the move now it has reversed?
WEird.. Does anyone know why? If Office 2 people are so called "power users" of Long distance then it would make sense that Carrier 2
rates (which are higher than Carrier 1) has 1FL's and circuits under there long distance plan.
What I don't understand is that when I place a long distance call and put it on hold from Office 1 it says the right carrier (Carrier 1)
When I do tests from Office 2 it says (carrier 2)
when I do a check on the 7 digit number it says that it is assoc. to carrier 2
Is there any way I can see all visible trunk (prob. ld 60) and how I can see the details of where calls are going out on from office 1 and office 2
Office 1 is a OPtion 51c
Office 2 is a option 11
Thank ever so much.
Little confusing .....
