GSX 408 memory key

Hi

I need to know how to program a memory key on an 8 button phone on the GSX 408, the phone has lost its memory key & all instructions tell me to press the memory key to progrm a button which i obviously am unable to do.

The programming should be done through a GSX-33 executive Key phone. Or the GSX-21 button phone.

It was not in my manual - i.e. the description of how to program flex keys.
