If anyone is trying to do gsuite ums integration with IP Office powered by (or possibly server edition) on R11.0.0.2, Avaya will be releasing some notes soon on why the instructions don't work.

The main issue is that Google security certificates put into Web Manager do not write to the drive with any data. This can be verified by looking at the files with putty.

Putting the files in the Google directory using Manager File Manager or some other method, then making sure the files are both owned by vmpro and set to read-only, fixes the issue.

My web manager gets stuck on saving after I enable Gmail Integration and upload both keys. Is this a current issue with Gmail integration? I haven't been able to find anything else on this.

Honestly I am not sure. They probably didn't have time to fix the issues before the release of R11 FP4. The issue of keys not writing is probably still current and you can add them manually and change the ownership to vm pro (and set to read only). Not sure why web manager is freezing--however I had trouble with the ip office service restarting again and again--seemed to be due to the flood of requests from the system to authenticate gmail
