Hello Everyone,

I have a GSM 'gateway' (it's a Tellular) connected to one of the analog trunk ports on my BCM50, for the company group of mobiles (to save money, of course).

The problem is that when I call from one of the mobiles to the cellphone located at the gateway, the line does not recognize the tones sent from the calling mobile, when it comes to use the Auto Attendant.

If I call from my mobile phone to one of the land lines, it works fine with the Auto Attendant.

It was working fine before the BCM crashed a few weeks ago and I had to reboot it; after that, it stopped working.

Do you have ANY idea how can I fix this???

Read this post it might put you in the right direction.

I've tried the suggestion made on that post but the problem remains.

Plug your test Butt?phone inbetween the wiring for the Cell device and the line port termination..
Then make a call in and monitor the connection.
press a button to send in the tone and see if you can hear it on the monitor phone.
This way you can prove if it comes in from your Tellular device.

Its A start
