GRTD

In GRTD you can create maps that show the state of your agents. In our office this works fine for me, but on another pc, the position shows the position ID but stays white and inactive showing no other live info.

Any ideas what could be wrong? We have tried copieing my grtd folder to replace the folder on the pc that is not working, but this did not fix it.

Sorted this one so thought id update and let you guys know what we did.

The difference between the two pcs was that the pc that the grtd was not working on did not have smi workbench installed on it. This seemed to have a bearing on the grtd odbc data source, in that there was no grtd odbc data source installed on the pc that the grtd maps would not work on.

Anway, uninstalled grtd, installed smi workbench and re-installed grtd = works + grtd odbc data souce there now.
