GRTD vs Symposium reports

Please help. I was monitoring our calls for the day and compared the real-time display vs Symposium reports. Please note that on GRTD, there are 3 calls abandoned but zero on symposium. The calls offered are also off. There are 4 calls offered for Husky in GRTD but only 3 in symposium.
Is there an explanation to this? Please see the attachment.

Cant read your attached clearly, but have you looked in Symposium, Configuration, Real-Time to see when the Real-Time collection starts.
You should not compare GRTD and Historical data - Real-Time data gives you an indication of the number of calls - the exact figure comes from the Historical reporting.
