GRTD some basic stats wont populate.

I am new to GRTD, I logged in the web client as ADMIN
I created a test display as noted below. I do not log in via acd phone.
When I submit/launch the display each statistic has its own bar, but only the calls waiting will populate and update, there are agents logged in. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? Thank you.

Chart properties: XXX
Chart title_16591 Summary

Chart type: Horizontal Bar
Chart fill:Color
Skillset: Summary
Data collection mode: Moving window
Export path: (Blank to desktop)

Statistic:
Calls Waiting
Agent Staffed
Agent Active
Agent Not Ready
Agent Idle

Same here (CC6, SU06), agent statistics wont update.

Workaround could be creating multiple GRTDs:

Element type: Skillset
Presentation: Chart (choose skillsets per statistic)

Chart type: Horizontal Bar
Chart fill:Color
Skillset: Summary
Data collection mode: Moving window
Export path: (Blank to desktop)

Choose Statistic: Agent Active and and select wanted skillsets.

Create serveral of these depending on your needed statistics (Agent Staffed, Not Ready, Idle)

Finally create a 'Billboard Collection' to show all statistics in 1 window.

Thanks, i found out what i was doing wrong... i feel pretty silly but i guess thats how you learn. I was logged in as WEBADMIN, I needed to be logged in as myself where i had my partitions and access granted for all applications and skillsets ect, Im still playing with it to get the displays i want, but i have been able to populate the feilds now. I need to look into filters next. I guess school would be nice.. but i will keep pecking at it. Thank you again for your response !!!
