GRTD Reinstall / Backup

I've found if you install a fresh copy of GRTD to a fresh machine, back the entire GRTD folder up to a sever before any data is entered. Then if you have a problem with a pc and the below fails to fix it, dump this blank copy down. I'd say it fixes about 70% of issues.

A little trick I've found is to back up the *.mdb files to a remote location for each pc. Then if it corrupts, just dump it back down. Alternativly, copy the whole GRTD folder to a seprate location and dump this back down when required.

You are right, when you copy the *.mdb files it will save your setup's. One thing you can set via ODCB is the Agents List when using a standalone GRTD.
