GRTD problems

Hi All!
GRTD displays suddenly lose information of an application and when i want to reset it the application is not available in the application list. I have tried to reinstall the GRTD but that didn´t help. Restarting the server solves the problem but that is not an option since this problem occur once a month or more.

The GRTD is v 3.05 and the Symposium is v 4.2
