GRTD not working

Hi,

I got the following problem. I have installed GRTD 3.05.05 Rev. B at a customer. The workstation of the customer are Windows 2000 and the installation process passes without any problem. When I start the GRTD I always get an error message saying that it can not create or access the GRTD log_grtdbase.txt file and the log_grtdviewer.txt file. The starnge thing is on some PC it is working prerfect and on some machines it gives me this error message.

Can somebody help??

Check the PC build....

Check that the user as admin rights to their own PC

Thanks for your help, it is related the user was not administration of the local PC. After I chnged this setting it was working. Tahnks for your help.
