GRTD login access 1

All,
I am using a Symposium express with GRTD. There are several users that use the same login name and password. They appear to be locked out of their account due to (3) illegal login attempts. Is there a way to enable their logins? I changed their password yesterday..

In the user properties windows there is a "Restore" button. Click that to "Enable" the account again.
