I've got SECC 4.2 for a contact center, and I've been asked to install GRTD (ver 3.05.05) on all agent PC's (about 14 people). Previously, just supervisors had this software installed. Normal login for GRTD is the sysadmin account.
1) How many concurrent logins can you have for the Sysadmin account? Is there a limitation?
2) Is it wise to have agents logging into GRTD with the sysadmin account? Do they have the ability to change the sysadmin password in GRTD?
3) I found this thread ( that addresses Sybase login failures. However, I've also uncovered login problems with error messages about the inability to access log_grtdviewer.txt and log_grtdbase.txt. Has anyone encountered this problem? What is the fix?
4) Any other gotcha's I need to know about?
