GRTD-how to customize

Hi I have GRTD,
Want to see statistics per CDN.

by default it shows, agents on skilsset calls, abandoned,waiting etc...but i have disffernt departments. I want to see the statistics seperately....how

The GRTD requires a sign-in to the Symposium; whichever login you use, should show the skillsts and agents that are assigned to that supervisor.

when you build a supervisor and assign agents, her desktop should only show her agents.. only the system admin login will have all depts reports

Depending on the access class that you have assigned that log in...GRTD works a bit differently, however, as you have to use one login for all displays of GRTD.
