GRTD - Display Time field from the Nortel Switch

Hi All,

GRTD - Is there a Time field on the GRTD's to display the time of the Nortel Switch. Team Managers are complaining that sometimes the agent logs out early and there are calls still coming in?

I don't believe there is a diplay window that can do that and the time in the window at the bottom right seems to pic up the pc time. However the phones should have the time on and that is switch / symposium time.

Another option is use a chart display, but thatisn't very accurate.
