GRTD Configurationa 1

Hi,

I have just built a coonfig for a PC that is running GRTD, There are 25 skillsets that I have had to add and this is time consuming, Also i have around another 5 machines to configure.

?, Does anybody out there know if it is possible to copy all .mdb files from the configured machine and replace the existing files on the other 5 desktop machines.

Yes, it's possible. In fact we have use this method for some of our customers and all are working fine.

Here are the steps:
1. Install GRTD to all the 5 machines.
2. Configure the GRTD windows on one of the pc.
3. Once you're satisfied with the configuration, you can copy all the mdb files from the GRTD folder (normally it's under c:\Program Files\Nortel\GRTD folder) of your 1st PC to the other 4 PCs
4. Test the GRTD application on each pc and make sure they are all working.
