GRTD and DN calls

If an agent is on not ready and makes a DN call, our GRTD does not show a DN call being made. This is proving a pain for us as we need to be able to visably see agents making a DN call.

Does anybody know if this can be changed.

BTW. Displays DN calls if agent is ready.
