Grpwise.exe has generated errors. It will be closed by windows

I have run all gwcheck options against this user and this error still comes up. Does not matter which pc you use or OS. Have deleted db and restored from backup and yet I still recieve this error. any Ideas?

I know you said this was happening on all Operating Systems, but this is a common problem on NT and 2000-based systems.

You need to download and install the Windows Messaging System or WMSNT on NT and 2000 systems BEFORE you install GroupWise.

I have tried to connect to this account on one of my own pc's with 2000 running on it and have the same results. I should point out that I can access any other mailbox on the same pc only this account is being affected.

Can you access the account through Webaccess? If so, it is probably a client setting and/or rule which is causing the problem.
